Boarding Charges

Canine: $19.00 per day

Feline: $14.00 per day

• We reserve the right to charge more for animals that are aggressive or require special handling.
• There is a charge of $1.00 per dose for administering medication while your pet is boarding. Prescription cost will be additional if we supply the medication.

Pick-Up Policy

Please schedule a pick-up time for your pet. This helps to insure that your pet will be ready to go when you arrive. Our kennel staff will be available to release your animal during the following times:

Release Times:

Monday - Friday AM (10am - 2pm) or PM (2pm - 5pm)
Saturday AM (10am - 11am)

Pick-up outside of the designated time is not recommended. Doing so may result in long delays.

Vaccination Policy

For the protection of all pets, the following must be up-to-date:

Canine:

• Rabies
• DHPP
• Bordetella/Para Influenza
• Fecal Exam

Feline:

• Rabies
• FVRCP
• Fecal Exam

If not up-to-date, or unable to provide proof of vaccination, animals will be required to have a physical exam, vaccinations and fecal analysis at owner's expense.

All animals will be checked for fleas/ticks before entering the kennels and treated accordingly at owner's expense.

If your pet(s) become ill while boarding, we will call the emergency contact number. Your pet's symptoms, treatment options, and an estimate of additional costs will be discussed. If no one can be reached, treatment will be administered, at owner's expense, as deemed necessary for the pet's well being.

Veterinary Services

For your convenience, routine exams, vaccinations, bloodwork, dental cleanings, and surgeries can be scheduled while your pet is boarding.

General Policies and Information

• All dogs are fed Iams Low-Residue once a day, unless owner requests an additional feeding. All cats are fed Iams Original Cat Food. All animals will have fresh water throughout the day.
• If your animal requires a special diet, please bring the food in a marked container with specific written directions.
• If your pet requires medication, please bring the medication in the original container, marked with the pet's name and specific directions. Administration will cost $1.00 per dose given.
• For your pet's safety, it is not recommended that toys, chew treats, bones, etc. be left in the cage. These items pose a choking hazard when left unattended overnight.
• Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for personal items such as toys, towels, blankets, bedding, comfort items, etc. These items may become lost, damaged, or soiled while boarding. Soiled items will be returned unwashed in a plastic bag.
• All dogs will be taken outside for exercise and to eliminate throughout the day
• All dogs, that have boarded a minimum of 3 nights, will be given a bath on the day they are scheduled to go home. Nail trims are available for an additional fee.
• Please be sure to inform staff of any pertinent information or special requests regarding your pet.
• Please notify us immediately if pick-up date or time changes.
• Please note that some animals may experience diarrhea while boarding due to stress or dietary changes.
• Please note that some well-trained pets may experience temporary inappropriate elimination while boarding in a kennel environment due to the sight, sound and smell of other pets.
