Behavior Services

The veterinarians and staff at Animal Medical Center can be a valuable resource when you have questions or concerns about your pet’s behavior. They can also offer guidance on breed selection when looking to acquire a new family pet.

Veterinary consultations provide up-to-date counter conditioning techniques as well as medical treatments for common behavior issues.

Our trainer offers a Puppy Preschool class designed to teach socialization, basic manners and simple commands. The class is available for puppies up to six months of age. A basic Obedience Class is also offered for puppies over six months old and dogs of any age that may benefit from a training program. Both programs utilize only reward based methods of training and positive reinforcement.
